(e.g. glue, grout, standard floor wastes) for bathroom area 1m x 1.5m
• Ceramic floor and wall tiles (to 1.8m high)
• Ceramic dual flush toilet
• Tapware: 1 basin set, 1 shower head and wall taps
• Framed shower screen 900 x 900 (chrome or white)
• Mirror 600 x 700mm (Bevelled or pencil edge)
• 600 mm polyurethane vanity unit with ceramic top
• 600mm double towel rail, toilet roll holder and towel ring
• Waterproofing
• Rubbish removal
